Starting and finishing with the sequences of previous picture highlights and hair-raising set piece out-takes that have become a familiar feature of a Jackie Chan sequel, this rattling if rambling chop-socky adventure has all the action and slapstick we've come to expect from this unique star. Corrupt cops, spies, revolutionaries and pirates hurtle across the screen as Chan teams with the rebellious Maggie Cheung to confound bent bobby David Lam. The handcuffed fight scene is a gem and the final chase proves again that Chan is the true heir of the great silent clowns. For good old-fashioned escapism, Chan's your man.
A classic Jackie Chan movie , not for those people who dont like dubbed movies tho ... part 2 of a great film
watch it
Typical Jackie Chan early movie. Poorly dubbed - unless you forget to change the setting as the default is english subtitles!! Having said that it was a must see for any Jackie Chan fan, the action was non-stop and the story line was good, although very predictable. It's a shame that project A part 1 is not available as there are references to it in the film.
