Confusing

If such things existed as space-fighters then I am sure that this game would be decent replication of what a dog-fight in space might be like. However, as a game it is terrible. The screen is far too cluttered with jetstreams, the hud, and labels marking so many targets as to be too many to count. As a result the game is a confusing and headache giving mess. Dont play it, even for the achievement points.- Was this review helpful to you?

Great space shooter
By nem39esis (2 reviews) from Pontypridd , 04 Jun 2008If you like a good space shooter, and theres not that many around anymore, then this is great, the story is pretty good, some nice cutscenes, the missions are great, vary in difficulty with lots of bonus objectives to complete for extra awards. the game is easy enough to get used to and youll soon love customizing your ship for combat. The best bit of this game is the ability to buy new weapons to upgrade your ship. You really have to think about what weapons you need too, which adds a sence of purpose to what your doing, simply adding the hardest hiting weapons is not always the best choice.
Overall a good space shooter, enough levels to get you addicted, especially when you cant quite complete a mission. I rented this title and bought it after i returned it, the difficulty levels make it worth playing again. Recommended- Was this review helpful to you?

Ok if your stuck in the 80's
By friskydragon (3 reviews) from Leeds , 05 Jan 2008Well this is a load of crap. I only played the first 3 missions then gave it up as a bad job. Its like something from an 80's arcade game. There is no real skill involved in playing and the music sounds like its from the first Sonic game on the master system.
