    supeb..................................

This dvd is superb. High School Student Donna Keppel (played by Brittany Snow) is in the car with her friend Lisa. They are driving home from the movies. When she goes into her house, she sees her dad and brother dead. She then runs, and hides under her bed in her room because she hears the killer. She witnesses her mother's murder by Richard Fenton (played by Johnathon Schaech), a teacher at her school who has become obsessed with her.

Three years later, Donna, is about to graduate and living with her aunt and uncle, is in therapy and taking pills, to deal with the trauma of losing her family and her persistent nightmares.

Donna, her boyfriend Bobby (played by Scott Porter), her friends Lisa (played by Dana Davis), Ronnie (played by Collins Pennie), Michael (played by Kelly Blatz) and Claire (played by Jessica Stroup) make plans to attend their senior prom together.

Meanwhile, Detective Winn, the police officer responsible for imprisoning Fenton, learns that Fenton has escaped three days before Donna's senior prom and decides to stake out Donna's prom.

At the prom, which is being held at the Pacific Grand Hotel, Donna and her friends get keys to a suite in the hotel.

Fenton is already at the prom.......... what happens next?.......watch the film to find out....

    Prom Night

All the cliche's are there but this is still one of the better teen slasher movies, worth watching if your into this kind of film.

I want to sue the director for my rental fee and damages

This was one of the worst, most predictable films iv ever had to watch. Its pathetic attempt at symbolism with the wardrobe ( or maybe the director has a thing for camera shots out of the wardrobe, i dont know/care/understand) The unnecessarily over size plate the mother/carer drops when she's given some bad news( i cant remeber what relation she is, iv since beaten it out of my head with an oversize frying pan), The poor choice in leading role....i could go on.Everything about this film irritated me and im not irritated easily. The fact that i rented it on Halloween night for me and the mrs was the icing on the cake. Now because iv dropped the ball by renting a crap film its her turn to rent, and it'll no doubt be a rental like Enduring love or brokecrack mountain. Dam you prom night. Dam you straight to hell.
