Great movie for maths teachers
Not really much of a storyline for a cinema showing, maybe it should have been a TV movie or gone straight to DVD. It didn’t keep my interest and even though I admire Gynweth Paltrow normally throughout this film her voice grated on me. I suppose it was her interpretation of someone bordering on the edge of madness. As always it was a pleasure to watch Anthony Hopkins but his role wasn’t enough to save the movie in my eyes. All in all very disappointing.

Gwyneth Paltrow is in talks to return to the London stage seven years after her last theatre performance. The star has not been in a play since she starred in a 2002 production of Proof at the Donmar Warehouse.
