very disappointing considering Roegs other works
wikipedia states this to be a £7,000,000 production, that just cant be true. looks like a made for tv movie but worse, honestly im not being cynical, its just bad.
if i rated 'dont look now' as harshly as i could (but i cant cos its great), puffball would still be thousands of time worse, please let me know if i am missing something here
id wait for the rest of the bad reviews to come in first before you go see it, like i did.
at least watch some trailers or clips on youtube before you entrust this film with entertaining you for an evening
i recommend spending your money on roegs better works if youve not seen them
i ordered this film because i read the book a long time ago and remembered quite liking it. I then read the other reviews. Really it's not bad. It's not brilliant or anything but it's a good girlie movie for a wet afternoon. It's really like a telly movie. I liked it!
