VERY INTENSE DVD AS ALL PUMP IT UP DVDS ARE,NOT FOR THE FAINT HEARTED,I ENJOYED THIS ONE,GREAT WORKOUT,GREAT ROUTINES,HAVE 2 SAY,GO RENT OR BUY IT!
