Another piece of pieBy Sheharazad (4 reviews) from Hounslow , 03 Mar 2009

[Highly rated reviewer]An absolutely delightful, charming and whimsical series which continues to entertain with its colourful characters and zany humour. Sadly, the series was not renewed for a third season which is a real shame. Expect some dark secrets, a rival detective team from Norway, killer bees and some clowning around at the circus (pun intended!).

Each Episode is a Nugget of GoldBy ShoutOut (136 reviews) , 24 Oct 2011'Pushing Daisies' is a fairytale world of absurdity!
Each episode is a nugget of gold, as every aspect of 'Pushing Daisies' is brilliant, pure class! From the 'musical' dialogue to the naturally, matching music pieces and sound effects. Crazy but perfect make-up and hair, gives you the sense of a brightly coloured land of make believe. The colours of the costumes and set are also very bright and unique, complimenting each scene & episode.
'Pushing Daisies' is pure class and very unique. It takes elements from other movies but uses them in a fashion that makes it original. As a whole there is nothing else like it.
The actors show their skills in the two series made, as it is a fairytale world, the dialogue is often crazy, fast and original; a little like shakespeare compared to contempory text.
Why oh why did it have to end?!
'Pushing Daisies' cannot be compared to anything else. It is completely original and one of a kind!
Trust me watch seasons 1 & 2 and let a little bit of comedy killing and laughs lighten your world.
Comedy, Drama and Suspense wrapped up in each and every episode.
Bryan Fuller, you are a GENIUS!
love itBy alex2301 (177 reviews) from West Halton , 08 Jun 2011i have now watch all of series one and i was hooked. i loved it!!!
the entire thing was a bit odd -- a man bringing people back from the dead for only 60 seconds, falling in love with his childhood sweetheart, and not being able to touch his dog. but the despite that it was very enjoyable and worth watching
Pushing Daisies :)By Becca-Iain (5 reviews) , 23 May 2011I love pushing daisies the first one is a bit better than the last its a shame they stopped making them on TV because they were really interesting and fun to watch I would recommend this to a friend or even a complete stranger because I don't see who could not love these series :)
pushing daisies is brilliant!By becki2010x (11 reviews) from Morecambe , 23 Apr 2010i love this...its everything what i would want in a series, again the only problem i had with it is having to wait for the next disc! iv waited at least a month for the last disc...still not here. but i would definetly advice everyone to watch it as you will fall in love with the characters and the different plots its brilliant to watch, every so often my 4yr old will watch an episode with me n stay interested...bought the first series will definetly be buying the second! xx
Awesome!By Ouch (218 reviews) from London , 06 Nov 2009This show has to be one of the most beautifully depicted stories ever. It's just magical and such a pleasure to watch!! I'm so annoyed it's been cut now but hey at least we had 2 seasons.
This season carries on in the same way the first did, obviously there are more secrets to be revealed and more twists. I ALWAYS look forward to seeing the scenes where they bring someone back to life for information because they are always in some funny predicament like....head twisted round etc. My favourite one from this season is the person who dies from a chandelier falling on his head... when they bring him back to life the chandelier glows! Brilliant. Iwill miss this show.
