Cher is in secret talks to play a nightclub boss in Christina Aguilera's new movie Burlesque, according to new reports. Pop star Christina Aguilera has signed on to play a burlesque dancer in her first big screen film. The singer will play the lead role in Burlesque, a musical about a small-town girl who lands a job dancing in a strip club while seeking fame and fortune in Los Angeles. A film telling the story of Anna Nicole Smith's life has been described as "sick" and "wrong" by Empire movie magazine's website, which also said it was likely to be a "shameless tabloid cash-in". The movie is set to start shooting next week and will describe Ms Smith's life from the age of 17 years old to her accidental death at age 39.
