Dunno about the workout but a dvd of them girls doing exercise is the perfect present for the woman, present she can use and you watch- Was this review helpful to you?

By a customer , 18 Mar 2012I have been working out to this dvd, and it was difficult at first to keep up and learn the moves. But 5 weeks on I have dropped 2 dress sizes, and it does as it says on the tin, tones you up.
Yes it's hard and makes you work, but it really does work....!!
Would advise any ladies out there loooking to tone up to give this a try.....x- Was this review helpful to you?
