    The war on terror

Like The Ring, and Audition, this film is permeated throughout with a sense of dread and fear. With a minimum use of gore, and the emphasis on atmosphere, this is like Full Metal Jacket meets The Grudge. Although I can see how some viewers may feel short-changed by the lack of explanation and resolution, I felt it strengthened the experience - s**t happens, just enjoy the ride!
