its obvious from the beginning its made for kids but the high rate of action and the Rock's gags keep the story moving on nicely. a fun film which you wished existed when you were young to appreciate more. great for the family.- Was this review helpful to you?

The Rock was just brilliant especially the end fight - sorry you just got to watch it to know what I mean...
Great acting from the kids & what a nice touch to have both original 'kids' in cameo roles - nice touch!
Ciaran Hinds makes a brilliant 'sort of' baddie, & the chase scenes & CGI are put to good effect......

Kids have watched it since and loved it.
Liked all the different powers the alien children possessed.
There wasn't anything I disliked about this film.

Not a classic.

This is rather a generic, lightweight action film which neither draws you in or particularly leaves you rooting for the main characters.
