Upbeat, occasional weepy (if you're a chick) and a tad cheesy...
Feel-good film about the story of friendship between a football coach and a retarded man, based upon a true story. Both Ed Harris and Cuba Gooding Jnr give good performances but the story was a little disjointed. As usual us Brits have no idea about American football but it looked good. Dvd extras were good but seeing as the characters the film was based upon are both still alive and well a more detailed featurette about them both would have been better.
