Alternative rock-rap band Rage Against The Machine have set themselves apart from the hordes of similar bands through their attachment to political causes. Paying special attention to the causes of Mexico, particularly by supporting the rebel group the Zapatistas, their October 1999 Mexico City concert was more than just a rocking good time, but also served as a show of solidarity. In addition to containing lively renditions of songs like "Bulls On Parade," "No Shelter," and "Testify," this video features an interview by singer Zach de la Rocha with radical media critic Noam Chomsky and a speech from a Zapatista leader.

Excellent performance by RATM and outstanding guitar work by Morello. The only thing that lets this film down is the stage set: it doesn't set the band off needed when watching them at home. So the film seems to lack something visually. If you're hooked up to a home cinema sound system, the sound will more than make up for the visuals! Great political insight by De La Rocha.
