To be honest this second DVD was nothing that special. No explanations about the Mu or Tokyo Jupiter but a couple of decent enough fight scenes. I'm watching Neon Genesis Evangelion at the same time and that like this is in it's early days. Neither has taken on the classic status in their first few parts and the first two DVDs of Rahxephon have too many similarites to NGT. Hopefully will improve.
