This is a very enjoyable film, especially if you are looking for a comedy with a bit more depth. It is not lacking in emotion - there is plenty to be had. You have to bare with the first few minutes of the film; it introduces the characters and a glimpse into their lives, but it is rather exagerated and a little corny. You do get the idea, but you are aware it's setting you up for a fall - a little too obvious for my liking! The title is absolutely spot on to the plot of the film. It highlights the difficulties of raising other peoples children, and is very realistic in it's portrayal in my humble opinion. It does so in a humorous yet very sensitive way. Heavier scenes in the film are broken with wit and laughter, and keeps the film in the genre to which it belongs. Great film, well cast, with a great storyline.
