  • It was a bad day for Harrison

Worth a look. Harrison Ford acts well as the cop and the action scenes kept me on my toes. Unfortunately I began to find that I was purely watching the film for the action scenes.

Some quality acting made the film one to watch, but probably not a film I could rewatch.

Unfortunately, this film moves rather ponderously - it needed a bit of editing - and some of the dialogue is terribly cliched. I didn't envy Kristin Scott-Thomas having to deliver some of her lines! It ends up being a bit of a bore.

  • Interesting concept turning mushy

I found the first half quite captivating, then couldn't understand how those two could get together - they clearly had nothing in common and I just found the passage in the woods cabin completely ridiculous (not to mention the weird kiss scene in the car!)

Was a credit on every dvd i watched so thought i would give it a go but i'm afraid i was quite dissappointed!!

Good story, but just went on for hours, which is a shame cos it ruined the ending cos you started looking at the clock!!!

Harrison Ford is fantastic now he has reached maturity as an actor and shows in this film the depth of his acting abilities. Kristen Scott Thomas should have fully kept her British accent it wouldn't have detracted from the role (maybe even added to it). As she was standing for the US senate they could have written into the script that she was an American who had lived in Britain throughout her formative years (it would have made it more convincing). This is the only complaint in what was an absorbing, interesting and well acted film.
