This is definitely an old-fashioned disney movie from the 60s, very gentle and nice. Our 5 year old son chose it cos he thought it was all about the racoon but actually its about a family growing-up one summer. Me and my husband enjoyed it because we could get past the fact that the racoon wasn't going to talk like the new disney films but our son was quite disappointed and a little bit bored. Although saying that he did have a few tears at the end!! There are no extras with this just a nice film for a rainy Sunday afternoon like another reviewer said.
