The makers of Shia Labeouf's thriller Disturbia are facing a second lawsuit over claims the movie is based on the classic story Rear Window. Sir Michael Caine's movie The Italian Job has been voted the greatest British film ever made. A judge in the U.S. has dismissed a copyright infringement lawsuit which claimed Shia Labeouf's 2007 movie Disturbia was based on the famous story of Rear Window. Often, with a thriller, the motor for the plot really doesn’t matter that much. You might have seen North by Northwest half a dozen times and still not be able to remember what James Mason’s spy ring was up to or why. The Godfather and The Wizard of Oz have both been named as best films in lists compiled by the American Film Institute (AFI). A jury of 1,500 film artists, critics and historians drew up ten lists, which were divided into ten genres including gangster, sci-fi, animated and Western.
