really enjoyable film
With so few WW1 flying films being made was very excited to see this and although this looks visually great and is exciting, I felt a little let down.
Although a really interesting real life charecter, I never really felt that connected or attached with Richthofen, the acting was average at best and it felt as if the love story was included to appeal to a wider audience base. Finally why must Joseph Fiennes always be chosen for American or in this case Canadian roles, the accent just sounds wrong.
Could have been great and if interested at all in this area of history do see it but just don't raise your expectations too high.
