Good Dog
By AnnieRobertson (19 reviews) , 27 Jun 2012[Highly rated reviewer]
Wow, this was a surprise, not only because Id forgotten that it was on my high priority list, but it was great. Really great.
My husband decided not to watch it as I nearly choked myself crying when I watched Haatchi but it was his loss. I did have a slight tear in my eye at one point but then Im a softy for dogs, says she typing away with a gorgeous Westie sleeping at my feet!
This was funny, a good (true) story and a bit of romance but mainly about how the dog affected everyone's lives in the comunity.
Well worth a watch.- Was this review helpful to you?

Disjointed movie
By Mutter (155 reviews) , 02 Apr 2013This movie was not as good as expected. Found it to be disjointed and did not reach my entertainment criteria. Red dog did not endear himself to me and was not a particularly good actor (!)- Was this review helpful to you?

Red Dog - good aussie film for everyone
By MelissaMarabamma (218 reviews) from South Coast UK , 07 Mar 2013Both my husband and I really enjoyed this film. It is heartwarming, endearing and funny. It was such a refreshing change from sterotypical films about life in the Outback. It showed a triumph over adversity and how death brings people together as well as making people grieve for a loved one - human or animal.- Was this review helpful to you?
