gothic erotic!
By a customer from Notts , 08 May 2005[Highly rated reviewer]
first saw this movie on the Horror Channel a few months back. it is a very surreal movie and also pretty erotic too. features a couple of nubile young girls (who look like they just skipped school) discovering a castle where a lot of vampires live. at one point one of the girls strips off completely to lure one of the local chaps into the castle! my girlfriend wasn't that impressed with the movie as she kinda half-watched it with me and just sighed thru the nude scenes saying she could do a better acting job than both of them! she probably could but the girls are attractive and the film has a great surreal gothic feel to it so its one to watch if you like erotic gothic stuff!- Was this review helpful to you?

(16)bloodsuckers retire
By juradino (811 reviews) from London , 17 Mar 2012Two new year party runaway girls become embroiled with guns and death as they try to get away. They find castle that seems uninhabited, but end up involved with vampire clan based in nearby cemetery. Very gothic imagery and plot that includes nudity and torture scenes while avoiding being gory or gruesome. If you like the most surrealist eye scene check out Marebito which is more intense and morose than this one.- Was this review helpful to you?

Dire
By a customer from BANBURY , 26 Jan 2010Decided to rent this having read a charitable review in the Time Out Film Guide. Like another reviewer on this site, however, I ended up with my finger on the Fast Forward button. This is Art with a silent 'F' - inept, slow, unerotic, unscary, badly acted, amateurish. I think one of the words in that TO review was 'Obscure', for which I would read 'risible load of twoddle'.- Was this review helpful to you?

no redeeming features
By a customer from Fareham , 06 Apr 2008Don't bother. I like weird films, I like foreign films, I like low budget films, but this was just awful. There's no plot, the acting's rubbish (and not in an endearing way) and there's just nothing going for it.
It's a short film, but it's far too long.- Was this review helpful to you?

just bad
By filmboybenn (160 reviews) from London , 30 Oct 2007This is just one bad movie, no this is awful. The whole thing looks like it was done on a shoe string budget and is similiar to things the BBC made and we now take the mickey of . The covers look slick and sexy and your hoping for the same from the film but its not.... This ham fisted movie is neither sexy or scary. Two girls dressed up as clowns start off in a very bad car chase. They dumb the car and go waundering through a forest and grave yard to an old deserted castle . The castle which has iron hand rails runing round it cause its obviously used as museum in real life. the fangs are cleary plastic and said vampire looks like something you would rent out of a costume shop- Was this review helpful to you?
