    DEAD AVERAGE

Undoubtedly, wheras I titled Reeker 'Dead Good', this had to be a level down, if for nothing else then for the fact that (if you had seen the first one) you knew the twist.

To be fair to Dave Payne though, he managed to produce at least an average sequel, not a completely rotten one (ha ha). Hmm?s and OH!s have been replaced with a bit of a 'how it all came about' background story on 'Reeker' and lots more gore and vileness. What Reeker 2 does have over the original is a slightly firmer tongue in its cheek and a certain black humour.

If you have not seen Reeker, I will not spoil the story for you here with a summary. If You have, expect simply more of the same.

A passable sequel, but not essential (and whoever thought the addition of a woman who cannot smell was a stroke of genius should be sent to the Halfway Motel right now, thank you.)

One Of The Worst Horror's Ive Seen

The First Reeker Was Suck A Good Film, But Like Most Sequels They Have Ruined It, The Deaths Are Very Dull And Boring, The Acting Is Terrible, The Only Thing That Is Any Good Is You Find Out About The Killer In The First How He Became The Devils Worker

If You Like Horror's Then Stay Away From This 1

One of the worst films I have seen

Please do not waste your time on this movie. I wanted to turn it off after half an hour but got to the end thinking I could have been doing something better than watching this crap.

The only good thing on it was the blonde woman with a nice rack!!!!!!!!!! Sad I know.

    okie dokie prequal

I enjoyed the first Reeker so rented this prequal. The story isnt brilliant but better than some films I could name. The acting is dire but to be expected from a low budget movie. The special effects are pretty good and the beginning of the film, I thought, was quite original and enjoyable. It gets very slow in the middle half of the film but then picks up for the gory character endings.

This movie shows how the reeker started out, but with no Michael Ironside this time around, there is not as much 'fun' as the first film.

If you enjoyed the first reeker, you wont mind wasting your time with this but if you are not a horror fan or like a movie with plot, jokes, or romance, dont bother.
