Police detective Jack Riley (Michael Rooker) has been on the trail of serial killer The Torch (Jean-Claude Van Damme) for years, and now that the time has come for him to retire from the force, he's still no closer to catching his man. However, as soon as he gives up his badge, Riley is approached by a shadowy type with an unorthodox plan: why not grow a replicant of The Torch from some crime scene DNA and then use the replicant to track down the real killer? Riley agrees to go along with it and soon finds himself partnered with the replicant in a desperate final bid to put a stop to the Torch's regime of terror.

I found this film full of action, feeling and 2 van dammes!!! The combination proved to be a great film which my family thoroughly enjoyed.

If you do not want to see a film with Van Damme and Michael Rooker no review will convince you otherwise. If you're not sure let me tell you - you will get exactly what you expect from these two actors.
