German-born actor Michael Fassbender, one of the stars of Quentin Tarantino's new movie Inglourious Basterds, once staged and starred in a charity theatrical adaptation of the moviemaker's breakthrough film Reservoir Dogs. Michael Madsen has been hit with a lawsuit from director Douglas Green over allegations the actor pulled out of a new movie. Green claims the Reservoir Dogs star had agreed to a role in his project Vigilante and accepted an initial £13,000 fee. Reservoir Dogs star Michael Madsen is back in the U.S. preparing for a new cop role after he was hospitalised in the U.K. following an alleged booze binge. The actor's representatives have played down tabloid reports suggesting Madsen had been held at the Royal Cornwall Hospital under the county's mental health act after he was found unconscious at the entrance of a hotel.
