Better than expected

I have to say my hopes weren't very high for this next instalment of the 'milla jovovich adventures'. Russell (highlander)Mulcay's RE: Extinction was a disappointment following the successful first film and the more action packed second. So this was a pleasant surprise. It is better than I expected mostly because of the 3D effects while are average, are well shot and to maximum effect. To be honest this film offers nothing really new in the zombie genre from other films such as Romero's films or even Boyle's 28 franchise. It is simply effective giving more of the same - no bad thing. Stick your brain on neutral for some passable entertainment.- Was this review helpful to you?

By Pawlo (14 reviews) , 17 Jun 2013Come on guys lets not over rating on this one. Its terrible. Its all over the place. Yeah its got zombies, but zombies for the sake of it. She has amazing guns which never run out of bullets. I left the room for ½ the film, came back and didn't miss much because it was all the same drab stuff, just different backgrounds. This franchise was made for the PS3. Lets leave it there and stop the pointless films please.- Was this review helpful to you?

Worth watching
By a customer , 26 Mar 2013Here another one in the canon so far continuing where the 2nd installment left off. Only a matter of time though before it's done and dusted to death but Paul W.
