The film starts off promosing an exciting story line, then in come the cheap effects. This wasn't done by full moon pictures and tries to explain the orgins of the puppet masters ability to create life. However it goes against the plot outlined by the first few films.
If you love a good horror, this isn't for you, if you love the puppet master series, then its worth a watch to see what they have done to it, but it doesn't rate high in my book.
not a bad film, it's a lot better than some of the rubbish what's out there, the acting's a bit ropey but that's to be expected.
