    [Highly rated reviewer]

I'm a big fan of FPSs and with the pedigree that the Castle Wolfenstein series has, I was really hoping for something good here. I've played a couple of the previous games and they always had a very satisfying and involving quality along with impressive graphics for their time.

This game does not seem to be any relation of those games, maybe an illigitate step-cousin or something, but certainly no blood relation. The control system is clunky, aiming is a pot-luck affair and your character just simply doesn't seem to be physically in the game. You are often called to kick things, but when you do, a tiny boot appears in the middle of the screen, making your character appear to be about four feet tall.

When you are called upon to shoot someone it just simply doesn't feel like you have any control over it and the graphics and physics involved look about 10 years old.

I'm afraid to say that I cannot give a proper review of this game because I gave up after about 30 minutes. I have recently finished 'Black' (awesome by the way, if you haven't played it) and I just couldn't be bothered continuing with Wolfenstein and so prefered to go back and play Black on a harder level.

Don't bother with this game, not even worth renting.
