Trying too hard to be ... a Quentin Tarantino film?

I think the film is trying to be something it is not - trying too hard to be sophisiticated - too many twists and turns - no natural flow.
When I have to keep thinking and thinking, trying to understand who is who and who did what to whom and why, I can't enjoy a film.
Also it seems to me as if Guy Ritchie (+...) in this film is trying to imitate Quentin Tarantino - reminds me e. g. of Kill Bill with the bits of cartoon/ Manga.
