I enjoyed this dvd it was rather useful its hard to learn from just watching someone on a vid but this is good- Was this review helpful to you?

While the dvd is really a transfer from VHS video to DVD format (it said so at the begining, with a couple of VHS interference lines) the content was superb and easily understood. The tweaks Rick Young tells you to do on your body helps to add impact to your punch etc.
Wish I watched this before I started training now, may of saved an injury! I will rent / buy a couple of more DVD's based on this one; definately.- Was this review helpful to you?
