Classic animation from way back to my childhood. A proper 80's cartoon using proper animation, along with some of the recogniseable voice talents from the original Transformers generation 1 series.

basically a good versus evil scenario with two species of reptile like people living on the same home planet that's about to fall into destruction, and certain members of each species are given the chance to have their lifeforce transferred into machines called Robotix.

The good and bad battle to lay claim on the planet, until one day a rocket carrying a bunch of humans crash lands on this planet and through a series of events the humans end up piloting these Robotix and 'interface' with them so that the Robotix can now do all kinds of wonderful and courageous things with the help of their humanoid drivers.

The films quite a decent length (about 90 mins) and pretty well put together, although i think fans at the time would have been more into transformers, i know i was, (maybe that's why there was no sequel or a spin-off tv series - that i knowe of) . Nevertheless a good effort full of 80's nostalgia and cheesey music.
