The future Guy Ritchie's new film RocknRolla is reportedly in question after it emerged that it may not get a release in the US. According to reports, Warner Bros are not confident that the movie will find favour with American audiences and are considering dropping the project. Scottish actor Gerard Butler won't have to face up to his criminal battery charge just yet - his lawyer successfully persuaded a judge to delay the arraignment until next month (Aug09). Scottish tough guy Gerard Butler has been charged with criminal battery after allegedly beating up a photographer last year (Oct08). The Los Angeles City Attorney filed the charge on Wednesday (13May09) after investigating claims the 300 star attacked a paparazzo outside the premiere party for Guy Ritchie film RocknRolla.
