A little charmer

Some may find this film a little too stereotyped. Quirky and sweet but not as stylised as Amelie
it balances its constituent parts by relying on Jean Reno to pull it all together.
He puts in a typical scene stealing performance and is the driving force behind the film.
I was touched and moved enough along the way to not see the ending coming.
If you want to cuddle up on the sofa with your partner and watch a good film this Sunday you could do a lot worse......i loved it- Was this review helpful to you?

Beautifully filmed, superbly acted and packed with laughter as well as pathos, this film is surprisingly difficult to find, whether to buy or rent.
