I have tried a few of Rosemary's fitness DVDs and this is her best. I have also tried other exercise DVDs - Nell McAndrew's, Jade Goody's, Davina Macall's, and others - but I find that she is the only one who doesn't make you feel that you should be stretching every muscle until it burns. Plus, with the main celeb videos, a lot of them have personal trainers who lead the exercises, but in this it is Rosemary herself that leads - and there a a group of girls with her, who themselves have lost weight with her fitness plan, and who work at different levels incase you should want to follow the easier or harder workouts. The fat burner is really good, and it really raises the heart rate, and the toning exercises (which use weights) use every muscle, without being painful. Plus the music and setting of the video are great. I would definitely recommend this.- Was this review helpful to you?

She's the fitness goddess!!

Actually, it comes in a triple DVD pack with 2 others for a very reasonable price so I'm really chuffed. I will hold on to the rented one until my own copy arrives. I have found Rosemary Conley's fitness DVD's to be extremely effective, enjoyable and motivating. The routines are easy to follow, but work you really hard, and you hurt in all the right places afterwards!! What more can I say!!?- Was this review helpful to you?

A really enjoyable workout

Excellent
By a customer from UXBRIDGE , 27 Feb 2008I have three of Rosemary's DVD's and am a slimmer and fitter person since I have started to do them regularly.
This one is one of her best. I like her team of slimmers, they start to feel like friends after a while. It has a great 30 min aerobics exercise, which can be made harder or easier according to how you feel. A nice routine with fun music. The aerobics is followed by a 20 min toning exercise, 10 mins for the upper body and 10 mins for the abdominals. I do the whole 50 mins without feeling overwhelmed.

Excellent workout
By a customer from London , 14 Feb 2007Just had a quick look at the dvd and Rosemary Conley does not fail to deliver, this is a the second Rosemary Conley's workout that I have had a chance to see, the last one was dated 10 years ago but both are excellent and it is great to have a fitness instructor who knows what they are doing.
