Trouble arises when a psychotic hitman (the delightfully excessive Simon Yam) hired to kill a man's unfaithful wife asks for an exorbitant fee after the deal is struck. When the client fails to come up with the money, the assassin systematically tortures and murders all his remaining family members by way of payment. Billy Tang's (RED TO KILL) film has garnered quite a reputation on the underground cinema circuit.
