More great work from the director of 'Things To Do In Denver When Your Dead'. Not too much is made of the battle between the characters of Hoffman and Hackman thus allowing the rest of the actors 'room to manoeuvre'. John Cusack is once again perfectly cast. Grisham is without doubt one of the world's great storytellers. This together with The Rainmaker are the best screen adaptions and far superior to the likes of The Pelican Brief.
