I only knew Runrig from the single 'hard hammer' which I loved so rented it on the strength of that and pleased I did! They have 'scots band' written right through them and in some ways remind me of that band of long ago called Big Country.
At first I thought I was getting the whole of an outside concert on the disc but then after a few songs it moves away to another concert (but does return back) bit disappointed that the whole open air gig wasn't here but there you go.
The highlight is the last song called I think Lock Lomand, with all the crowd singing along it is just wonderful!
So worth a rent and got me thinking, is runrig still around and playing?- Was this review helpful to you?

Pointless
