Most helpful review S.W.A.T. - Firefight

  • in no way comparable to the first SWAT

    SPOILER ALERT!!!

In this film, smug SWAT commander takes over a cliche new SWAT team. Evil cunning bad man comes up with a plan to take over the world. (professor chaos style).

Cue lots of bad firefights, cheesiness and unrealistic dross. If a university group made this as a uni project you would say it was good. But for a big grown up adults production, generally half arsed. (and low budget)

Excellent, that was a great movie, all out action, suspense and contrary to other reviews it wasn't predictable. The script and actors were exciting could not have been better written a must film to see.

  • Poster movie for SWAT recruitment

Harmless enough action movie that's a ra-ra for the US armed forces and SWAT teams. Technically reasonably believable until the final reel when it goes off the rails when previously sensible and disciplined characters enter the world of the stupid.

  • Like a blunt pencil - pointless

Pretty dull and boring, some extremely wooden acting, and just a poor plot. I really enjoyed the first SWAT film, this one was just pointless! I couldn't even enjoy it just for the action! Did Robert Patrick really need the money that badly?

Really Enjoyable, had a good story line unlike most action films which tend to be just action. Really enjoyable film.

NO WERE NEAR AS GOOD AS THE FIRST SWAT MOVIE.. not bad but lags way behind the first swat movie.. acting is second rate.. no big stars like SAMMY L OR COLIN FARREL ..really lets this movie down.. i wud willing pay £20 for the blu-ray of the first swat movie but i wudnt even pay a penny for this trash no matter wat format it was on.
