  • good but too long...

its a good movie but its bloody 4hrs long! have lots of food at the ready, its a long journey haha! the acting is at times good but other than that average, govinda lightens up the movie with his naturally acted comedy, everyone else can be bland at times.

Good idea with all the diffrent stories going on at the same time...storyline about diffrent love of life was played out well.. bit cheesy at times but it passes through...

Good movie to watch on a lazy Sunday!

  • The most romantic feel-good film

    Rated - 4.5 stars
By Sarahblue (28 reviews) from Norwich, England , 23 Sep 2010
A romantic feel-good film of five intertwining stories of love. Govinda is particularly endearing as the taxi-driver in love with his white memsahib passenger. Anil Kapoor and Juhi Chawla live literally in the grey world of Anil's depression and midlife crisis. Prianka and Salman share fantastic chemistry as the ambitious starlet and her fake lover. A dimpled Akshaye Khanna manages to make you sympathise his commitment-phobe attempts to escape his engagement to the girl you know he really loves And John Abraham demonstrates he is is more than just a beautiful body, as the desperate man whose beloved wife is caught in a train accident.

And just when any of the stories gets a little too sad, we get to laugh at the sixth couple, surely the most accident-prone couple ever, making yet another disastrous attempt to celebrate their wedding night.

Being Bollywood, all the stories come together at a climatic (and hilarious) wedding scene. This film will leave you with your head full of colour and music, and a smile on your face.

  • So pathetic!

This film was an absolute waste of my Wednesday evening...I can't think of anything more uninspiring than watching a horrible taxi driver fantasize over a weird woman with a strange American accent, an ungrateful husband dreaming about a girl on the train and feeling sorry for himself when he wakes up next to his wife, and an idiot playboy who becomes suddenly scared of marrying his fiancee when his nerdy friend describes his future life as a family man....the whole film acts as if the characters are cute and we should sympathize, but they're not cute and they aren't even funny to watch - ...suffice to say I switched it off after 1 hour and a half as I couldn't take it anymore.
