The best animated series ever
By Andrew Allen from Derby, UK , 20 Jul 2006[Highly rated reviewer]
Samurai Jack is possibly the finest animated series ever made. The animation is typical of Genndy Tartakovsky's simplistic and very precise style. The story in each episode is unique and has an incredibly wide range of characters, locations, and situations. The sound, music, and voice acting is superb, and the entire series is a perfect example of how effective silence or simply a lack of dialogue can be.
This is a masterpiece of animation, by one of the worlds finest animators. Watch this immediately.- Was this review helpful to you?

(4)Samurai Jack - spaghetti sci fi for young and old
By paulyb (82 reviews) from Middlesex, UK , 27 Sep 2011For those who grew up on Monkey and Water Margin, Samurai Jack is a welcome return of a 30 minute adventure of a warrior on a journey. I came across this by accident some years ago, and have been hooked. Very reminiscent of Clint Eastwood spaghettis westerns. Enjoyable for scifi geeks young and old.- Was this review helpful to you?

Gotta Get Back
By Strider (50 reviews) from Wokingham , 01 May 2009I discovered Samurai Jack by accident about 4 years ago. The stories are set in a impossible futuristic world where Jack fights evil robots in an attempt to challenge Aku and get back to his own time. The simplistic style and the emotions and hardships that Jack has to overcome make this show very appealing. I would say its one of the finest animated series and would suffer no embarassment in admitting to have watched all four series.- Was this review helpful to you?
