Scary, my a*re.
I may be in the minority here, but I actually found this movie funny. Maybe its just my type of humour, but having seen the other 'Scary Movie' titles this is probably the best one...so far. Its not rocket science, but if you are into comedy with toilet humour and bad jokes then you may surprize yourself and laugh at this one.

Does exactly what it says on the tin
If you don't already know, The Scary Movie films are spoof movies from the same team who brought us 'Airplane!' and 'Hotshots!'. The first installment spoofed teen horror flicks like 'Scream' and 'I Know What You Did Last Summer', six years on Scary Movie 4 gives the audience belly laugh after belly laugh at the expense of more recent films like 'War of The Worlds', 'Saw', 'The Village' and 'Million Dollar Baby'. There really isn't an awful lot of point going into the intricacies (or lack thereof) of the plot, but be rest assured that if spoof movies are your thing then you'll laugh your head off at this. It is a real credit to the writers than four films on they're still coming up with material which is genuinely funny. To anyone who's concerned that four films on the gags may be wearing thin, don't be, Scary Movie 4 is just as funny as episodes 1 and 3, and certainly a hell of a lot funnier than the dire episode 2. Obviously don't expect to watch a cinematic classic, but if you're looking for some light hearted entertainment then this is the film for you.

Has funny bits in, not as funny as I would have liked, but worth watching.

not sooo scary movie!
I was expecting sumfing new in this new long line of scary movie franchise , nothing has changed in this dire film it jus drags on , the only good thing bout this movie is carmen electra from a mans point of view! But that isnt enough 2 warrant 2 watch this film again!
Just end the series now wayans bros.!

Slurry Movie 4
This tired franchise keeps on churning out the same jokes and if it wasn't for all the pretty girls, there's no way I would have sat through over an hour of this tripe.
Note to David Zucker: Repeating the same joke twenty times throughout a film doesn't make it funnier (especially when it's not the first time!) -

Didn't live up to expectations!
I expected this movie to be fab as Scary Movie 3 was one of the funniest movies i had ever seen! The puns in this movie however were weak. There was also no definate story line there were a few moments in it when you thought the movie was going to get exciting but really it was just a bit of an anti-climax! I hope this review helps you but don't let it put you off of all the other scary movies as the past ones have been fab!!!

dont bother, watch airplane or naked gun
please dont waste your time watching this, not funny made me cringe about 8,000 times. glad i watched it at home where i can switch it off, it must have been painfully silent watching at the cinema

Scary Movie 4 1 to many
Rented this as i liked the other 3 movies.
I think the idea of making a good spoof film is to copy good films not take over budgeted films (war of the worlds) and add some gags to it. Hence this film was no wear near as funny or entertaining.
I try and find some good in most films but this one i can't except the end. -

Rubbish!
I thought this film was absolutely terrible. No where near as funny as some previous scary movie films. Would definitely give this one a miss.
