You see Jeff Bridges on the cast list and expect a half decent film....WRONG. This is slow moving, confusing and so so dull. The screenplay plods along at a snail's pace, I'm at a loss to tell you what the film was about...I gave up after 60 minutes still non the wiser. You have been warned AVOID waste of time and money.
Okay I'll admit I first rented this movie because I saw Morris Chestnut named as one of the actors but I did expect more.
I was not that impressed. It's about a guy who is in a serious relationship about to get married and therefore should lead a fairly normal life - until he agrees to run an errand for his boss out of respect. He ends up in a complex situation which he could have walked away from at several opportunities but he thought he was tough.
It is interesting how the "complex situation" involves more and more innocent people as the movie goes along and there are some gasping moments. Still I found the same effect could have been achieved if the movie was forty-five minutes shorter.
It's watchable, but nothing to write home about.
