    superb

this film is very funny. Doleman played by Marcus Thomas needs a job. The only problem is, he does not do well in interviews, and he does not look like someone you would want to employ.

So his roommate, Schmally played by Rachael Leigh Cook, gives him a makeover , and drives him to an interview at the local bank, where he is actually hired!

Doleman is very excited, and cannot wait to start his new job, in the following week, but, in the meantime, the bank's cashiers have plans of their own.

the assistant manager called Woods, played by Woody Harrelson, who is a bit of a nature lover, lives with a duck, whose mother was murdered.

He is paid only a fraction more than the cashiers, and feels that the bank owes him, for his years of service.

His plan is to steal the money out of a safety deposit box in the bank. The box belongs to Mr. Merchant, played by John Cleese, who is the richest man in the town. he made his fortune, with his get-rich-quick video tape, that tells you how to become wealthy by selling property. Woods has one key, but the other key, is strapped to Merchant's little yappy dog's collar. Now all Woods has to do, is get the key from the dog, and he is in the safety deposit box.

Sheila played by Alicia Silverstone, is another cashier. she has just been dumped by her lousy boyfriend, Rick, who is played by Joshua Leonard, who just happens to be the bank manager.

Sheila is furious, that she has wasted all of her time, on this toe rag. and she is even more upset , (because she was the one that paid for Rick's education and tutoring, to get to the managerial position at the bank), when she finds out that, she has been dumped by Rick, for the tutor that was teaching him.

Sheila knows that Rick will be fired, if the ATM machines are robbed one more time at the bank, so she comes up with a plan to do just that.

Stuart played by Paulo Costanzo is a genius, who is always talking his broke, loser friend Max, played by David Krumholtz, out of hair-brained schemes.

one day though, Max has a good idea. All Stuart has to do, is get the 250,000 dollars out of the mini-vault, behind the cashiers on a Friday night.

Then they can take the money to Vegas, bet it all on one turn of the roulette wheel, and their lives would be changed forever!

If Stuart wins, he will replace the money in the vault, if Stuart loses, he will be on the run for the rest of his life.

Three cashiers, with three plans to rob the bank, all on the same night.

None of the three know about any of the other's plans, and Doleman is still happily getting ready for work, until Schmally drags him out to egg Mr. Merchant's house, as pay back for the rubbish video, that she shelled out her hard earned money for. mayhem starts to ensue.

The movie is very funny, with all the characters running into each other, and getting tied into the plot in varying ways.

this film has a more slapstick comedy approach, as the way things work out, and particularly the ending - it has you cheering for the three would be bank robbers.

    well worth renting out.

    What a letdown

This film looked so promising yet delivered so little. The story seemed very rushed and never spent much time letting you get to know the characters. John Cleese was superb in this film and was it's one saving grace but would not reccommend anyone waste their time on this tosh.
