Neve Campbell is set to Scream again - she has signed on to reprise her role as Sidney Prescott in a fourth horror film. The sequel to the 2005 splatter-fest that was Hostel has been given an early review by internet site Ain't It Cool News (AICN), which calls it "the best film" of director Eli Roth's career.
