As good and funny today as it was when it first came out!!! Love Bill Murray anyway and Carol Kane as the Ghost of Christmas Present is just hilarious.

By open (255 reviews) , 25 Dec 2012Funnier than expected bill murray is a good presence and the sfx are good considering its the 80s the terrible preachy end lets it down- Was this review helpful to you?

Think I may have to buy a copy of my own!
By GhostofChristmas80s (4 reviews) from Hengoed , 20 Oct 2012This film should become one of every household's classic Christmas movies. In a modern(-ish) version of the Christmas favourite 'A Christmas Carol' Bill Murray is fabulous as the cold hearted, synical, Christmas hating Frank Cross but the other casting is pretty smart too (especially the Ghost of Christmas Present - my kids are still miming and quoting her almost a week after the film's gone back).
The film is set in the 80's - and it shows, but the themes and the comedy are timeless. All in all it leaves you with one big warm hug of a feel good factor even down to the music in the final credits.- Was this review helpful to you?
