I've read the books and I only managed to watch a couple of episodes when it was on tv, but I'm very glad ive watched them all!
Billie piper definitely does the character justice, just hope they write more!

Disapointing, even Billie Piper cannot redeem
By a customer from Pinner , 04 Mar 2011Much as I love Billie Piper, even she can't redeem the way they've taken an excellent, funny and sexy book and turned it into a snooze fest.Get the book, skip the series.
Even the semisexy/'lust making' scenes can't make this series any better. If it wasn't for Billie Piper this series would be rated '0' stars by myself and my flatmate. Snoozefest-seriously, book yes, sries no.- Was this review helpful to you?

Funny and Filthy !!

We find it so funny and the story lines are fresh and new, Billie Piper plays her role amazingly and with so much passion.
