Seeta aur Geeta

Born to wealthy parents, twins Seeta and Geeta (both played by Hema Malini) are separated at birth, and lead two extremely different lives. Now orphaned, mild-natured Seeta lives a slave-like existence of torment, brought up by her acquisitive aunt Kaushalya (Manorama). In contrast, Geeta's wild and vigorous persona, reflected in her gyspy upbringing, is evident in her career as a street performer. Having both escaped from their unhappy lifestyles, fate sees them unknowingly swap lives, resulting in life-changing outcomes for the twins and the people around them! Filmfare award winner.
