Old Classic
By a customer from UK , 05 Nov 2004[Highly rated reviewer]
I first watched this film, over 25 years ago!
I didn't think it would hold much appeal for me now, but it did.
The acting in those days was much more difficult and the cinematography excellent. The copy wasn't brilliant, but considering the age of the film, very watchable.
My whole family watched the film with me, and they were glued to the set.
Specially when the revenge tactics kick in.- Was this review helpful to you?

(9)Double the fun and the beauty
By a customer , 06 Nov 2012To star in a double-role movie, you must have heavyweight credentials at the box office. Hema Malini convincingly presents two distinct personalities and champions the argument for nurture vs nature, as this family entertainer takes shape.
Dharmendra and Sanjeev Kumar provide the love interests as polar opposites that attract.
There are memorable double roll movies and instantly forgettable ones too, this definitely falls into the former category.
The comedy is there, the music is catchy and the villains are villainous, definitely a 5* if you were there in the era or know how to watch films from a different generation.- Was this review helpful to you?

Now that what I call a classic
By a customer from Dewsbury West Yorkshire , 08 Jul 2006A great film for all the family to watch.
Classic through and through. That nasty aunt get what she deserved. Hawa Ke Saath Saath is the best song from the movie.
Hema looks just as stunning as she does in the movie made with Amitabh Baghban.
It so funny too. So if you have not seen it get in your selection worth watching.
The movie belongs to Hema without a doubt.- Was this review helpful to you?
