Where's the film that was written up?

The write up of this film is nothing like the film I received to watch. If I'd have known it was about settlers going round and round in cirlces in a desert setting and gradually decreasing in numbers with no tangible end I wouldn't have wasted my allocation on it. Either the writeup was false or the film I received was the stuff they left on the cutting room floor.
