Very disappointingBy a customer from London , 29 Jun 2005
[Highly rated reviewer]The storyline was a bit too subtle for me. I also thought the acting was poor.
However the few scenery shots were pleasant.
You will have fun spotting the Scottish actors in this one.

SeptemberBy cdot (43 reviews) , 29 May 2011I am a big Rosemunde Pilcher fan and have read all her books. I really enjoyed the drama although I had seen it before but very entertaining.
September 1996By toddyquaker (89 reviews) from Knutsford , 18 May 2010having enjoyed reading the book it was good to see what was done to the story to make it into a film. It was a truly wonderful film much enjoyed both by me and my wife. We did not see it at the cinema, perhaps we were not looking for it when it was on release.

September - alasBy a customer from Hemel hempstead , 30 Dec 2005Poor adaptation of a well written book.
Magnificent scenery let down by no attention to detail. Archie minus a leg could get out of bed and limp off to his work room in 2 seconds flat! Vi's cottage she had renovated is obviously related to the Tardis!! etc etc
