I rented this film a while ago and noticed no-one as written a review so thought I would write it. To warn you this is a old and very slow film. Both Chris Penn and Michael Madsen play detectives on a case that involves a serial murderer that they have been trying to catch a while and the murderer keeps taunting them. Chris Penn is the detective that has been called upon to help with the investigation and as you can see his life has fallen apart and he's burned out and got issues.Michael Madsen is a normal detective always trying to help his partner out,but his role is very limited. A good supporting cast and a very good and unexpected twist.
